Marti Hardin, MA, ALC, NCC, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Samford University and Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She’s licensed in the state of Alabama, is a Nationally Certified Counselor, and is trained in Acceptance Commitment Therapy.

One of Marti’s favorite things is her miniature Schnauzer, London. She’s 15 pounds of pure sass, but she is the most loving dog you will ever meet.
Marti’s favorite type of food is Mexican, specifically chicken fajita quesadillas. Her second favorite food is any type of pasta.
Marti loves to travel, especially to the beach. The sound of the waves is so calming, and the smell of the ocean air instantly makes her happy.
Marti’s favorite TV show is Friends, with a close second being Schitt’s Creek. Her favorite movie/book series is Harry Potter.
