I’m Kathryn and I have been where you are. You spend too much time tangled up in negative thoughts and critical self-judging. The GOOD NEWS is, I have been there myself and I can HELP you quiet your inner-bully. TOGETHER we will find your COURAGE, break the cycle, and help you get the life you WANT.
Kathryn has helped guide me through several difficult times in my life. For 19 years I had been talking care of my children and my parents. Recently, my oldest child went off to college and my youngest began driving. I was struck with the reality that I had been caring for others so long that I had lost much of my self along the way. Who was I? What did I want? What was I going to do? I had huge spaces to fill in my life but I was held back by fear of failure and feeling like I had no control. Kathryn understood me. She helped me stop listening to the negative voice in my head. She helped me discover what I wanted my life to be about. I am no longer scared, waiting on life to happen to me! I am purposeful and in charge. Everything in my life is better because I VALUE myself and my purpose. If I could tell you one thing it would be that you don’t have to struggle on your own anymore. But I’m not sure if I’m ready
Ahhh, yes … I get it. I think I know what is holding you back. Let me explain. When we are ANXIOUS and unsure about something, our minds tell us things like “maybe tomorrow I’ll feel like reaching out and changing my life. … Yes, I’ll make a change when I feel better.” Our minds tell us we must “FEEL” ready to make a CHANGE. The trick here is that our minds will never tell us we “feel” ready. Think about it. How long have you wanted to change? How long has your mind held you back, telling you that you must feel better before you can change? This is how we stay STUCK, instead of moving toward our goals. There is nothing wrong with you! This is just what brains do. Make TODAY the day you quit letting your mind hold you back. Better yet, make it right NOW (before your mind has the chance to argue with you!)
