Who stays curious about her clients and about herself. Empower offers 1099 positions with genuine autonomy and flexibility. You set your schedule. You bring your clinical voice. You do not answer to a system that treats you like a cog in it.

Every therapist at Empower has pursued training well above her graduate education — because depth matters, and because the women who come to us deserve someone who has gone deep into the specific territory they are navigating.
There is no ceiling here. Your contributions to your clients, your community, and your field are limited only by what you are willing to put in. We will not hold you back. We will expect a lot from you. Those two things are not in conflict — they are, in fact, the same thing.
