During Coviv-19, and other stressful times in life, it is important to remember that there is so much you can do to spread hope and love and receive connectedness from others even from a distance. You do not have to be sitting across from someone to help them and give them what they might need that day, as well as receiving what you need. So don’t let distance stop you.

In this article we discuss mindfulness, which is all about awareness and acceptance. Mindfulness is being fully present in the moment while you are accepting whatever thoughts you have and whatever emotions you are feeling. Mindfulness is also a part of living an intentional life.
