During Coviv-19, and other stressful times in life, it is important to remember that there is so much you can do to spread hope and love and receive connectedness from others even from a distance. You do not have to be sitting across from someone to help them and give them what they might need that day, as well as receiving what you need. So don’t let distance stop you.
